I lost 80 pounds working out 3 days a week and riding my bike. I ate some chocolate everyday too. I could afford to, I burned 600 calories on workout days. I smoked pot so my mind would be numb to feelings. My feelings and negative thoughts were keeping me fat. Once I reached my goal weight I got completely sober for 4 years and kept the weight off!

Wow those pictures are unbelievable. Awesome! I mean I lost some serious weight as well, but thats nothing compared to your change! This is inspiring for a lot of people and for me as well, since I gained back a bit, and right now I am back on weight loss. Thanks for sharing the pictures with us!
