it said you dont have to use the mat for any thing but the crawling if you dont have a mat you can do the ab plank thingy where u stay in the possistion for 1-2 mins :)

Hey "inshape4u" thanks for posting the videos :) i tried this work out today and its great im feeling great and im going to do it 2 times a day every day. I'm in middle school and im 240 lbs yes im a girl, any ways i need and want to loose weight so thanks for this im doing a few other tapes of yours so hopefully i will be skinny again! |
