Sugar Busters Diet Review - part 2/2

The Sugar Busters diet practically guarantees weight loss if you stick to it - consider what you are giving up - sugar, flour (that wipes out all junk food, eh?) second helpings, and the diet tells you to exercise, to boot.

If you find the Atkins Diet appealing, but just too strict, give this plan a try. Knowing for sure if your chosen grain and/or fat is on the list of acceptable foods is a big help. Sugar Busters, Sample menu #1


Breakfast:
Vegetable omelet and strawberries

Snack:
Cottage cheese, blueberries and walnuts

Lunch:
Balsamic glazed salmon
Broccoli sprinkled with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice
Brown rice

Dinner:
Dry rub BBQ chicken,
Couscous with almonds and spinach
Sliced fresh peacH

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese
Bowl of grapes

Snack:
Protein shake

Lunch:
Black bean soup
Fruit salad

Dinner:
Sauteed scallops with brown rice and raspberries
