There are two steps on the Somersizing diet. Level One is primarily for weight loss. You won't eat Funky Foods on Level One, and you will follow the simple combining instructions. It's that simple. However, if you have a lot of weight to lose, this can be difficult due to the amounts of foods on the Funky Foods list. Somers has her own sweetener, called Somersweet.
