Somersizing [Suzanne Somers] Review - part 2/2

There are two steps on the Somersizing diet. Level One is primarily for weight loss. You won't eat Funky Foods on Level One, and you will follow the simple combining instructions. It's that simple. However, if you have a lot of weight to lose, this can be difficult due to the amounts of foods on the Funky Foods list. Somers has her own sweetener, called Somersweet. It has great reviews, and it can be bought at Home Shopping Network with many other delicious foods.

Level Two is for maintenance, and the recipes for this level are best described as divine. Here are some sample menus:

Breakfast:
Mushroom and Broccoli Cupcakes

Snack:
Creme Brulee

Lunch:
Beef Stroganoff

Dinner:
Pan-Fried Petrale Sole with Lemon, Butter, and Caper Sauce
